At Enchanted Florist, we take great pride in creating high-quality floral arrangements and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to make it right.
Order Issues & Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The flowers arrived damaged or wilted.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The order was not delivered on the scheduled date due to an error on our part.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- A photo of the arrangement
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Flowers that were refused, undeliverable, or left unattended at the recipient’s request
- Slight variations in floral colors or substitutions due to seasonal availability
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Same-day and last-minute orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they are prepared.
